Apartments
Self catering apartments can be booked on request. They vary from 1 bedroom up to 3 bedrooms, with or without air-conditioning. All apartments are located within the locality of the school. Rates vary according to season and standards requested.
Standard Apartments
Newly refurbished 1- bedroom apartments centrally located close to the Portomaso Business Tower, The Cavalieri and Hilton Hotels. They are just 30 seconds walk from the sea and the closest bus-stop. Distance to school – 4 minutes on foot.
Each apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen/ breakfast/ living area with tv, and the sleeping area which consists of a double bed; in 3 apartments which have a separate bedroom there is a double bed in the main bedroom and 2 singles in the living area; and a bathroom with washer. All but one apartment have balconies either overlooking the street on the front or Portomaso on the back.
Comfort Apartments
We have a number of apartments in Swieqi, St Julian’s and some Sliema – one/two or three bedroom apartment. Each apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen/ breakfast/ living area with tv, and the sleeping area. All apartments in Swieqi and St Julian’s are within walking distance of the school and centre, while Apartments in Sliema – maximum 10 minutes by bus from school and close to seafront.
Executive Apartments
Brand new block of apartments and two penthouses, served with lift, and located in the heart of St. Julian’s near Cavalieri and Hilton Hotels, Portomaso Business Tower, a just 1 minute walk from the main bus routes. The apartments are situated 3 minutes walk from the school.
Each apartment consists of an open plan sitting/ dining/kitchen with front balcony overlooking the street below and the upper two floors seeing part of Spinola Bay; a hall leading back to two fully air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom en-suite and an independent shower-room. The penthouses are only 1-bedroom with a large front terrace.
Bright and airy throughout, lovely modern furnishings, plasma tv and washing machine, superb finish. Excellent location!
NOTE
Electricity and water meter readings will be taken on arrival and on last day of stay. Students will be charged for real time consumption. In the case of shared apartments (between a number of students) charges will be divided between the number of students sharing the apartment. Bed sheets will be supplied to students. Students should bring their own towels. Sheets will be changed twice a week.
Although students are responsible for keeping their own apartments clean, we will provide a cleaning service twice a week. Students booking a shared apartment must book an arrival taxi transfer with the school. This will ensure that you are met at the airport by our taxi driver and taken directly to your apartment where one of our representatives will welcome you, hand over the keys and show you the apartment.
