Individual Tuition Course
Students who want their personal tutor can attend lessons any time of day and also on Saturdays (Field studies included). They can study one-to-one or with another partner of their choice. They can choose from:
- Ref `F.I.10: 10 sessions of 45 minutes each.
- Ref ‘F.I.15: 15 sessions of 45 minutes each
- Ref `F.I.20: 20 sessions of 45 minutes each
- Ref ‘F.I.30: a course of 30 sessions of 45 minutes each
Additional hours can be requested. Private tuition can be given in locations chosen by the students, including at the teachers’ own residences. One to one: any numbers of hours can be chosen with a minimum of two hours daily.
Combination Courses (Ref Comb)
Students can combine one-to-one studies with group courses.
- Comb 10: 20 sessions of 45 minutes + 10 sessions of 45 minutes ‘one to one’.
- Comb 5: 20 sessions of 45 minutes +5 sessions of 45 minutes ‘one to one’.
Students taking one to one courses can attend personalized programmes in general English or English for special purposes such as:
- English for Business
- English for Marketing and Advertising
- English for Tourism, Hotels and Catering
- English for Medicine
- English for Science
- English for Law
- English for Computer related professions
- English for Engineering
- English for Secretarial and Office work
- English for Public relations
- English for Sports
Home Teaching Programme: Students may choose to study individually in the homes of their teachers. They will still be able to participate in all after school activities. Teaching locations can be in Malta or in Gozo.
Examination Courses Ref ‘EXAM’: These courses are for students wishing to take major international examinations such as TOEFL, IELTS, FCE, etc. Study sessions may be prepared by teachers.
Young Learners’ Camp Ref ‘YLC’ (Age Groups 8-12 and 13-16): The courses are organised in summer and during the Christmas and Easter holiday periods. Participants are supervised 24 hours a day. Accommodation in residences in rooms of 2, 3 or 4.
